How We Work
The common threads of our work are the KIDS (students) we serve and our commitment to personalized learning. Our work with KIDS, teachers, and school and district level leadership begins and ends with KIDS in mind. Our C-3 process is a KIDS 1st trademark and remains constant throughout our teaching and learning solutions.
- Collaborate with school/district staff to determine the need(s) that will improve instruction which impacts learning and outcomes for KIDS through conducting a KIDS 1st analysis.
- Create a personalized plan that includes strategies, action steps, milestones, and measures of success.
- Commit to the partnership to achieve the desired impact on student learning and outcomes.
District Level Administrators
Personalized, professional development and coaching for district level administrators focuses on evidence-based strategies to improve learning and outcomes for KIDS. Our job embedded offerings for Curriculum Directors, Federal Program Directors, Instructional Coaches, Special Education Directors, and Superintendents are customized and include onsite and virtual Professional Development and Coaching, Symposiums, Forums, Round Tables, and access to the K1 Leadership Network.
Principals
Personalized, professional development and coaching for principals, assistant principals and aspiring principals focuses on evidence-based strategies to improve teacher performance and learning outcomes for KIDS. Our job embedded offerings are customized and include onsite and virtual Professional Development and Coaching, Principal Retreats and Academies, and access to the K1 Principal’s Network.
For Teachers
Personalized professional development and job embedded teacher coaching focuses on evidence-based teaching strategies and learning outcomes for KIDS. Onsite and virtual options are available for teachers in all core subject areas, EL and Special Education.
For Kids
Personalized tutorials help to bridge achievement gaps for KIDS (students) experiencing skill deficits and struggles in their learning. Onsite and virtual options are available for students in all core subject areas.
Instructional Continuity Planning
Guidance, consultation and technical assistance for school and district level personnel focused on the development of Instructional Continuity Plans. These personalized plans will address continued educational opportunities for students in the event of school closure, as well as modified curriculum and scheduling, and social distancing protocols for back-to-school following the Covid-19 pandemic.
