Kids First Federal Program coaches are committed to customizing our coaching to meet the needs of your district staff. Coaching for Federal Program Directors and Staff focuses on director responsibilities, federal and state guidelines, monitoring, and planning and budgeting for the Consolidated Federal Programs Application (CFPA) and Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER). Whatever your need, we will customize coaching to ensure your success!

Our job-embedded offerings are customized and include onsite and virtual professional development and coaching. K1 LEADership unlocks access to a variety of support networks and provides partners with learning opportunities in Leading, Educating, Advancing, and Developing leadership teams.

Personalized professional development and job embedded teacher coaching focuses on evidence-based teaching strategies and learning outcomes for KIDS. Onsite and virtual options are available for teachers in all core subject areas, EL, and Special Education.
